We provide a platform for merchants and users to exchange cryptocurrencies for goods, services, or fiat currency. Our platform facilitates peer-to-peer exchanges but does not act as a financial institution or intermediary.
While we strive to maintain continuous service, we cannot guarantee the platform will always be available or error-free. Maintenance, downtime, or technical issues may occur, and we are not responsible for any loss caused by such events.
I agree on the following points and am clear to start my investment plans:
I agree that monthly ROI payouts will be directly credited to the member's accounts.
I understand that early withdrawal of ROI is not possible due to the company’s investment policies.
I acknowledge that deposited funds are reinvested externally, and ROI depends on market performance.
I accept that 15% ROI monthly will be given for a period of time.
(ROI can vary between 13% to 18% depending on external returns and market conditions)
I agree that a tax will be charged on the withdrawal amount based on the following slabs:
(This tax applies only to the withdrawal amount, not the total balance)
I am aware that no transactions will be conducted in December each year due to annual record maintenance. Only deposits will be entertained; ROI will resume from January 1st.
(Except December 2025)
I acknowledge that every re-deposited amount will be treated as a new investment and is not subject to ROI during the running month.
I accept that after a 3-year cycle, to continue, I must re-deposit to restart a new investment cycle.
After every 3-year cycle, members of an XYZ Agent will remain linked to their agent’s Tree structure. However, the member must re-deposit to continue receiving monthly ROI and to enable the agent to receive salaries and member bonuses.
I agree to receive benefits from BITX across all 6 levels, including Agent Rewards, Structure Bonuses, and Monthly Salaries:

I accept that for every new member, the inviter will receive $2 directly as a bonus.
(The inviter, not the invitee, receives this bonus)
I acknowledge that salaries per level will be given only to level agents (not to basic members).
I acknowledge that I can apply for loans once eligible under the following structure:

I accept that the platform rules can be updated in the future to adapt to market needs and company policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activities.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform will indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of USA.
